Guidelines for Sample Submission
- Dry Samples: Minimum requirement is 100g per sample. The sample MUST NOT be in powder form. It must be the actual used part of the plant (e.g., whole leaves, roots, bark, fruits).
- Wet/Fresh Samples: Quantity depends entirely on the specific plant type.
- Packaging: All samples (wet or dry) must be submitted in a proper container/packing with a secure, clear label showing the plant name and applicant details. Unlabeled or poorly packed samples will be rejected.
⚠️ Important Exclusions:
We cannot provide authentication for: Gum, Minerals, Resins, Liquids, Oils, or Extracts. Only raw/crude plant materials (fresh or dry) are accepted.
